Alicia Bendt

Alicia Bendt joined the Community Bank family in November 2023 as our Human Resources Manager & Chief Risk Officer.

Alicia comes with over 10 years of Human Resources and Administrative experience. Although new to the banking industry, she is eager to dive in and take on a new challenge.

Alicia was born in California but has lived in Wisconsin since the age of 4, now residing in Rice Lake. When she is not at work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves being a sports mom, and during the spring and fall months you will find her at the soccer and football fields cheering on her kids. Cooking, being outdoors, and watching a good Netflix documentary at home are just a few of the things she enjoys most! Fun fact: Alicia’s favorite food is Mexican!
